ASSEMBLING STAND
1. Attach four tie bars (A) to four legs (B)
using carriage bolts, flat washers, and nuts
supplied. See figure 1. Hand tighten only
at this time.

2. Attach stand side supports to legs using
carriage bolts, flat washers, and nuts
supplied. See figure 2. Again, hand
tighten only at this time.
3. Attach stand cross shelf (A) with carriage
bolts, flat washers, and nuts. Square up
stand and tighten all nuts firmly.

ASSEMBLING SHAPER TO STAND
1. Place shaper table on top of stand. The
back of the shaper table faces the cut out
portion of the stand top.
2. Line up four holes in the stand top with
four holes in the shaper table.
3. Attach shaper table to stand using four
bolts, washers, and nuts supplied.
ASSEMBLING HANDWHEEL TO SPINDLE
MECHANISM
1. Attach handwheei to spindling raising shaft
with nut and washer,
ASSEMBLING MOTOR TO
MOTOR MOUNT PLATE
1. Bolt motor to motor mount plate using four
hex bolts, four washers and four nuts
supplied. See figure 4. Be sure two large
threaded holes on mounting plate face the
same direction as motor pulley.
2. Partially insert 1/2" x 1-1/2" hex head bolt
and 1/2" washer into each threaded hole.
