WARRANTY
SUBSTANTIAL DEFECT IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP THAT REMAINS UNRESOLVED TO YOUR SAT-
ISFACTION UNDER THE TERMS OF THE JetSurf™ LIMITED WARRANTY, PRIOR TO INITIATING ANY LEGAL
ACTION AGAINST JetSurf™. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY ANY STATE OR FEDERAL
LAW*, YOU MUST FIRST USE AN AVAILABLE STATE-RUN INDEPENDENT DISPUTE SETTLEMENT MECH-
ANISM OR ARBITRATION MECHANISM PRIOR TO INITIATING ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JetSurf™.
S e c t i o n 6 . 3 . Warranty Terms and Conditions (Australia). ** Nothing in these warran-
ty terms and conditions can exclude, restrict or modify the application of any condition, warranty,
guarantee, right or remedy conferred or implied under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010,
including the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, where to do so would contravene that law,
or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void. The benets provided under this limited
warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under Australian law.
This motorized surfboard comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Con-
sumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
S e c t i o n 6 . 4 . Warranty Claims. To obtain warranty service and/or repairs, notify an authorized
JetSurf™ service facility of the substantial defect in materials or workmanship attributable to JetSurf™
, within 90 days of discovery of the defect; and schedule an appointment. Deliver the motorized surf-
board and/or engine to an authorized JetSurf™ service facility for repairs. Warranty service must be
performed by an authorized JetSurf™ dealer. For assistance in locating an authorized JetSurf™ service

JetSurf™-authorized repair facilities are independently owned and operated businesses. JetSurf™
cannot control the scheduling of service work.
S e c t i o n 6 . 5 . Change of Address. In the event of a change of address for the original owner(s)
of the motorized surfboard, please notify an authorized JetSurf™ dealer.
S e c t i o n 6 . 6 . Transfer of Ownership.If the ownership of a product is transferred during the
warranty coverage period, this warranty shall also be transferred and be valid for the remaining cov-
erage period provided that JetSurf is notied of such transfer of ownership in the following way: The
former owner contacts JetSurf (at the phone number provided below) or an authorized JetSurf dealer
and provides the a copy of the bill of sale or purchase agreement, as well as the new owner’s name,
address and product serial number.
