• MOdE: Mode setup start screen. Select evaporator fan type, pump-down, and defrost type.
Assign relays for all output functions.
• REFR: Refrigeration setup. Configure the parameters that are used in the control of the
refrigeration output.
• PdWN: Pump down setup. Configure the parameters that are used in the control of the Pump
Down output.
• dEFR: Defrost setup. Configure the parameters and defrost schedule that are used in the
defrost control.
• MdEF: Manual defrost initiate and terminate
• EFAN: Evaporator fan setup. Configure the OFF-Mode Fan State for the evaporator fan or fans.
• ALRM: Configure Sn-1 High temperature alarm parameters.
• TIME: Clock setup. Set the clock format and the time-of-day.
• bKLT: Backlight setup screen. Set brightness levels for the backlight. The backlight comes on at
the bKLH level when you press a button. When the screen times out, the backlight switches to
bKLL level.

Setting up the sensor setup screens
Before you begin:
You must set up the sensors and transducers in the condensing unit control module UI before
you can set up the outputs in the UI. For information about setting up the hard-wired sensors and
transducers, see Setting up the sensors and transducers.
You can navigate to the following sensor setup screens in the condensing unit control module UI:
• SENS: Sensor setup start
• Sn-1: Sensor 1; select F or C
• OFFS

: Sensor 1 offset
• Sn-2: Sensor 2; select F, C or binary switch
• OFFS
2
: Sensor 2 offset
• Sn-3: Pump down pressure transducer; select P8, P15, P100, P110 or P200 pressure transducer
• OFFS

: Sensor 3 offset
Note: You can only see the OFFS

screen if sensor 2 is set to F or C.
1. In the SENS screen, press Next to go to the Sn-1 screen and select the preferred sensor type,
F or C, for your condensing control system. Press Next to save your selection and to advance
to the next screen.
2. If required, set up Sn-2 and Sn-3 for your application.
3. When you set up your sensor types and temperature sensor offsets, press Next to save your
selections and to return to the SENS setup start screen.
