RUNNING BELT/DECK/ROLLER REPLACEMENT
Tools required:
9 Philips screwdriver
9 T-handle key (6 mm, 5 mm)
Procedure:
1. Remove the end capes of the side rail
and pull out the two side rails.
2. Remove the motor cover.
3. Turn the flywheel counterclockwise by
using your left hand and pull the drive
belt out from the pulley of the front roller
by using your right hand.
4. Remove the bolts of the front and rear
rollers
(If replacing the roller, go to step 13)
5. Loosen the 8 bolts holding the deck to
the frame then remove the deck with
the running belt.
(If replacing the running deck, go to
step 11)
6. Remove the fix plate with screwdriver.
7. Replace the deck and tighten the fix
plate, then install a new running belt.
(Go to step 14)
