Dismantling the cutting unit

• Place the machine on a level surface.
• Apply the brakes by pressing down the pedal
and lock using the pushbutton.
WARNING!
Wear eye protection and work
gloves when working on the
mowing deck.
Remove the front cover. Remove the right and left
folding cover.
Raise the mowing deck to the transport position
with lifting lever.
Work off the belt from the mowing deck’s rear
pulley.
Lower the mowing deck to the mowing position with
the lifting lever. Set the lowest mowing height with
the mowing height lever.
Remove the hairpin spring holding the lifting chain
in the mowing deck.
WARNING!
The mowing deck will drop to the
ground when the lock pins are
removed. Risk for pinch injuries.
Remove the lock pins (safety pins) on both sides of
the back of the mowing deck.
Fit the mowing deck in the reserve order.
