3.10 Turning off the EF-S system
During normal use, the EF-S system is turned off when the tractor unit’s ignition switch is
turned to position “0”. A message is displayed on the screen (see Figure 3-8). The warning light
is lit during the EF-S system’s shutdown procedure. The warning light is lit during the EF-S sys-
tem’s shutdown procedure. A timer determines when the shutdown procedure starts. This
timer can be set to prevent the EF-S system from being depressurized during a short stop.
