5.4. Diagnosis function
5.4.1. Diagnosis button
The receive data from a connection equipment and the operating state of the VDR/S-VDR are diagnosed, and the
diagnostic result is displayed on a lamp.
Click the [Diagnosis] button.
While a diagnostic function operates, the color of the [Diagnosis] button becomes green.
When the [Diagnosis] button is clicked during a diagnosis, a diagnostic function will stop.
5.4.2. Diagnosis lamp
A diagnostic result is displayed as follows.
● (Green): OK
● (Red): NG
● (Orange): Under a diagnosis

Diagnostic factor: CF Card, lifetime of battery, lifetime of FAN, Initial error and so on.
Radar Radar image
Communication link of FGB and MCB: normal / abnormal
Recording radar image: receiving the RGB signal / not receiving
Quality of Radar image: judgment of a serviceman
Microphone Microphone audio
MIC test result: OK / NG
Control of ARB by MCB: normal / abnormal
Quality of MIC audio: judgment of a serviceman
VHF VHF audio
Quality of VHF audio: judgment of a serviceman
Capsule Capsule
Communication link of Capsule and RCU: normal / abnormal
BER of Capsule: under limit / over limit
5.4.3. Entry lamp
Defect in setting entry as warning can be displayed to the “Entry” lamp.
● (Green): All entries are inputted.
● (Yellow): The blank entry remains.
Look for a blank entry and input a setup data to blank entry.
