NOTE
Macro shooting is possible as close as
approx. 5 cm (2") to the subject when the
zoom lever is set all the way to W.
Record Using the Viewfinder
Recording by using the viewfinder is
recommended in bright environments where
the LCD monitor is difficult to see or to
increase recording time on battery.
Preparation:

Press the PLAY/REC button to select
recording mode.
1 Close the LCD monitor.
2 Extend the viewfinder.
3 Adjust the view using the control bar.
NOTE
If the LCD monitor is opened while using
the viewfinder, the picture will move to the
LCD monitor and will not be displayed in
the viewfinder. To set the viewfinder as
priority when recording, set the [PRIORITY
SETTING] to [FINDER]. (Z pg. 71)
