Alarm type
definitions
Alarm Type Meaning
Pending Alarm An alarm condition is occurring
but the alarm timer has not timed
out.
Hard Alarm The alarm is actuating the alarm
system. The alarm indicator is red.
Acknowledged Alarm
The alarm condition is still present
but the alarm system has been
silenced.

Will silence the alarm system but
retain the alarm message for
corrective action. Alarm indicator
will turn yellow.

Alarm Clear
Will clear an alarm if the condition
that caused the alarm is no longer
present. Alarm status indicator will
return to white.
