Mögliche Ursache Behebung
Possible Cause Remedy
– Überprüfen Sie die Eingangsleitungen sowie die
Spannungsversorgung.
– Check the input lines as well as the voltage supply.
– Stellen Sie die genaue Ursache fest und beheben
Sie diese. Starten Sie erneut.
– Störspannung über die Steuereingänge mit digita-
lem Filter (C.5) ausblenden.
– Find out the exact cause and eliminate it. Restart the
unit.
– Extract interference voltage over the control inputs
with the digital filter (C.5).
– Versorgungsspannung auf Größe bzw. Störspannung
überprüfen; ggf. Netzfilter einsetzen.
– DEC-Zeit verlängern, LAD-Stop aktivieren oder
Bremsmodul einsetzen.
– Check supply voltage for height or interference voltage
respectively, if necessary, use mains filter.
– Increase DEC time, activate LAD-Stop or employ
braking module.
– Warten Sie, bis Anzeige "nOL" zeigt (ca. 2 min).
Geben Sie einen Reset und überprüfen Sie die
Auslastung mit "r.8/r.7".
– Wait until display indicates "nOL"(approx. 2 min).
Give a reset and check the load with "r.8/r.7".
– Einbauhinweise beachten
– Ventilator (Schaltschrank) prüfen, evtl. ersetzen.
– Filter (Schaltschrank) reinigen.
– Motorbelastung herabsetzen
– Motorbelüftung überprüfen
– Observe the installation instructions.
– Ckeck fan (control cabinet), if necessary, replace.
– Clean filter (control cabinet).
– Reduce motor load.
– Check motor ventilation.
– Eingangsspannung setzt aus oder ist zu gering
– Umrichterleistung zu klein
– Spannungsverluste durch falsche Verkabelung
– Ein an der selben Spannungsversorgung liegender Motor mit gro-
ßer Leistung wurde gestartet.
– Zu kurze ACC-Zeit bei Generator/Transformator-Versorgung
– Input voltage interrupted or too low

– A motor with large capacity that is connected to the same voltage
supply was started.
– ACC time for generator/transformer supply too short
