A.11 Positioniersoftware
Die Varianten 07.F0.V89-MB20 und 07.F0.V89-6B21 mit der Soft-
ware ES.F0.002-M612 beinhalten die Applikationssoftware zur
Positionierung.
Diese Positioniersoftware ermöglicht das Anfahren einer Position
mit nur einem Signal auch bei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen (Eil-
gang-Schleichgang-Umschaltung entfällt). Die Vorteile dieser Soft-
ware sind ein schneller Positioniervorgang und eine einfache
Ansteuerung.
Der Positioniervorgang wird durch Wegschalten der Drehrichtung
über ein externes Signal ausgelöst. Dieses Wegschalten der
Drehrichtung wird dadurch realisiert, daß in einen Satz umgeschal-
tet wird, in dem keine Drehrichtung vorgegeben ist (z.B. mit r.20 =
LS, o.13 = 2).
Der Sollwert
muß
100 ms vor dem Positioniersignal
konstant
anliegen.
Im Vergleich zur Standardsoftware V1.2, die in den vorangegange-
nen Kapiteln beschrieben wurde, enthält die Positioniersoftware
die nachstehend aufgeführten Parameter.
Die Parameter sind zur besseren Unterscheidung wie folgt gekenn-
zeichnet,
– neue Parameter mit NEU
– geänderte Parameter mit

The variants 07.F0.V89-MB20 and 07.F0.V89-6B21 with the
software ES.F0.002-M612 incorporate the application software for
positioning.
This positioning software allows the approach of a position with only
one signal even at various speeds (inapplicable changeover between
rapid and creep traverse). The faster positioning process and the
simple control are advantages of this software.
The positioning process is triggered by taking away the rotational
direction through an external signal. Taking away the rotational
direction is realized by changing to a set in which no direction of
rotation is adjusted (e.g. witch r.20 = LS, o.13 = 2).
