EXHAUST ASSEMBLY
Removal
Bolts and flange gasket (8 & 9)
Expansion chamber stabilizer bolts, washers, and grommets (11, 12, & 13)
Exhaust assembly (1)
Muffler strap, insulator, and associated bolt (4, 6, & 10)
Muffler mounting nuts and gasket (5 & 15)
Installation procedure is reverse of removal (assemble exhaust assembly prior)
NOTE: Apply red thread locker to muffler studs before installing mounting bolts to
ensure vibration resistance.
