The Calibrator/Source listed in Table 2-1 does not quite meet the recommended
four times better uncertainty for 19
µ
A to 19mA output values. The Model 2500
may not meet factory calibration accuracy specifications on the 20
µA to 20mA
ranges unless further steps are taken to characterize the corresponding calibra-
tor ranges using more accurate equipment. Factory calibration uses a transfer
standard technique that yields uncertainties better than 4:1 for all calibration
points.
Calibration menu
Table 2-2 summarizes the main calibration menu selections. To enter the calibration menu,
press the MENU key, select CAL, then press ENTER. Use the EDIT keys to move the cur-
sor and scroll through menu selections. Press ENTER to select a MENU item.
