Chapter VII AFTER-SALES SERVICE
1. This company will not provide free service for the faults
resulting from the following reasons, such as
a. Fault from self-dismantling and amendment of the equipment.
b. Fault from imprudent falling in use and conveying.
c. Fault from lack of rational maintenance and incapability to
meet environmental request
d. Fault from incorrect operation which are shown in the manual.
e. Fault from man-made cause which damnify equipment and
accessories.
f. Fault from self-repair without Kernel company’s approval.
g. Fault from that local voltage is not stable.
h. Fault from fire, disaster and earthquake.
2. Please contact our technical service center directly either by
telephone, telex or by letter and fax in case of need of
maintenance service. Information transmission interrupt may
happen if connect with other staff or departments, thus it delays
our maintenance and your normal use.
3. The company's schematics, parts lists and other technical
information, when necessary, may be provided to authorized by
my company's technical service personnel.
