Safety notes
In the interest of safety, please note the following:
The exercising apparatus must be set up on a suitable base
which is firm and level.
Check the firmness of all connections before using the appa-
ratus for the first time and repeat the check after approx.
6 days of operation.
When using the apparatus, always follow these instructions
to avoid injury through incorrect or excessive resistance.
It is inadvisable to keep the apparatus in damp or humid
rooms for longer periods of time as this may lead to rust
formation.
Check the condition and general function of the apparatus
regularly.
The operator is responsible for carrying out correct and
regular safety checks on the apparatus.
Damaged or defective parts must be replaced immediately.
Use only parts manufactured or supplied by KETTLER.
Do not used the apparatus until it has been repaired.
The high level of safety of the apparatus can only be
maintained if it is checked regularly for damage and wear.
For your safety:
Before beginning exercise, have a medical check-up to ensu-
re you are fit enough to use the apparatus. Use the result of
the check-up as the basis for your program of exercise.
Incorrect or excessive exercising may damage your health.
