Quick start (for introduction)
Start of exercising:
without special adjustments
Image shown after switch-on:
display of total km and total
exercising time
After 3 sec.: display ”Count up“ –
all figures show 0
except brake step and power
Start of exercising
Display
Strokes, strokes/min., brake stage, power, time, pulse
rate (if pulse measurement activated), distance, energy.
Changing resistance during exercising:
“Plus”: brake stage increased by 1 step
“Minus” brake stage reduced by 1 step
The brake stage and strokes/min. yield the power
The oar strokes per min. are only displayed
after approx. 5 sec.
End of exercising session
Average value (Ø):

Strokes per min., brake stage, power and pulse rate
(if pulse-rate measurement active)
Total values
Strokes, time, distance and energy.
Slumber mode
The apparatus switches to slumber mode 4 minutes after
end of exercising. Press any button. Display starts at ”Count
up“ again.
The display will switch off after another 6 minutes. A stroke
will wake the display.
