Trigger connectors are disabled.
The Input Trigger Connector is activated, the incoming trigger response for each slot
:TRIGger[n][:CHANnel[m]]:INPut on page 210 determines how each slot responds
to an incoming trigger, all slot events (see :TRIGger[n][:CHANnel[m]]:OUTPut on
page 213) can trigger the Output Trigger Connector.
The same as DEFault but a trigger at the Input Trigger Connector generates a trigger at the
Output Trigger Connector automatically.
