Description
The Keysight N5280/1A is a four channel frequency converter test set. This test set
is used with the Keysight N5242A 2-port or 4-port PNA-X network analyzer, and a
N5264A measurement receiver. It can be operated with other microwave accessories
(couplers, power splitters). The N5280/1A provides a convenient means of customizing
a test conguration for a variety of applications within a frequency range of 10 MHz to
26.5 GHz and 10 MHz to 50.0 GHz, respectively.
