4 Troubleshooting
When you connect an external monitor the first time, it may display the
start-up BIOS information and then go blank when Windows starts up. If
so, use the Windows settings to enable the external monitor.
You may use two monitors simultaneously. However, Keysight
recommends connecting an HD monitor with only the VGA connector
when starting up the first time. Thereafter, you may connect another
monitor using the DisplayPort connector and configure Display settings
in Windows for proper display each time you start up.
