4.2 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF STANDARD WORKING CHAMBER
This procedure is valid for the working chamber MTO 3100 Q (13032051).
Before demounting, please drain the working chamber completely and remove the
quench connections.
• Remove the inlet and outlet piping.
• Unfasten the clamp (12) and remove the inlet flange (4). Take care of O-ring
(22).
• Remove the stator (9) carefully out of the working chamber.
• Fix the shaft (1) using a bolt (max. Ø 5 mm) and unfasten the rotor (10) using
the disassembly tool. The rotating ring of the mechanical seal (20.2) will come
off with the rotor.
