5.5 Install the Hardwire Kit (sold separately)
This camera comes with a built-in battery designed specifically for parking mode.
To activate parking mode, it is necessary to leave the dash cam plugged in.
However, this can result in battery drain. For this reason, we highly recommend
installing a hardwire kit for your dash cam.
Installing the hardwire kit not only helps prevent the camera battery from draining
the car battery thanks to its smart low voltage protection system but also provides
a continuous and stable power supply.
