1. Slow the engine to an idle
2. Depress the clutch and brake pedal
3. After the tractor has stopped, disen-
gage the P.T.O, lower the implement,
shift the transmission into neutral, re-
lease the clutch pedal and set the park-
ing brake.
STOPPING
IMPORTANT
To prevent the damage of speed
set device, do not depress the
reverse travel side pedal when
the speed set device is engaged.
If you step on the pedal on the for-
ward travel side, the speed set de-
vice will disengage.
Make sure to keep the speed set lever
in the off position when starting the
tractor.
Return the speed set lever to the off
position when stopping the tractor.
Speed set device will not operate in
reverse.
The speed control lever can be re-
leased When overloads or any sud-
den forces are obtained.
NOTE
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury and main-
tain optimum control of tractor,
do not use the speed set device
at high speeds or when roading
the tractor.
