B. Weekly checkings
Besides the daily checkings, each week have a look to :
Operating of the downer remote control by using all of its functions and particularly the
emergency pump
Emergency shutdown : Test both of them (one on each control panel)
C. Bimonthly checkings
Besides the daily and weekly checkings, every two months, check for :
Emergency power system : check if the buttons are operating
Grease the slew ring
D. Biannual checkings
Besides the abovelisted checkings :
Change the hydraulic filters
Check the quality of the hydraulic oil : If dirty or emulsioned, drain and change it
Control pressure calibration (150 bars)
E. Compulsory maintenance after 1 year or 500h of use (whichever
comes first)
