Pictures are not
transferred to the
computer
Camera was
removed from the
Camera Dock
during picture
transfer.
Replace the camera on the
Camera Dock and press the
Connect button.
Connect button
was not pressed
Press the Connect button
Camera Dock indicator light
Light Status Cause Solution
Light glows steady
green
Camera is docked. The camera and Camera
Dock are operating
normally.
Light glows steady
red
Camera Dock is
charging Battery Pack.
Light blinks green Connection (USB)
between the computer
and the Camera Dock is
active.
Light blinks red Battery Pack is installed
incorrectly.
Reinstall the Battery Pack
(page 57).
The Battery Pack or
connector pins are
damaged.
Check for damage.
The camera and Battery
Pack have been exposed
to very high or low
temperatures.
Slowly return the camera
and Battery Pack to room
temperature.
