Getting your scanner
ready to scan
Even though your scanner can be tilted to an upward and downward
position, it is strongly recommended that you scan your photos in the
downward position.
1. Be sure the scanner is on and ready to scan (green indicator light is
on and constant).
2. Press and hold the tilt button and rotate the scanner away from you
to place your scanner in the downward position.
IMPORTANT: When using the tilt feature, be sure the scanner cover
is closed.
