Regulatory compliance

Thisequipmenthasbeentestedandfound to complywith the limitsfor a ClassB
digitaldevice,pursuantto Part15 ofthe FCCRules.Theselimits aredesignedto
providereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferencein a residential
installation.Thisequipmentgenerates,uses,andcan radiateradiofrequencyenergy
and,if not installedor usedin accordancewith the instructions,maycauseharmful
interferenceto radiocommunications.However,there is noguaranteethat
interferencewill notoccurin a particularinstallation.If this equipmentdoescause
harmfulinterferenceto radioor televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedby
turningtheequipmentoff andon, the useris encouragedto try to correctthe
interferenceby oneor moreofthe following measures:1) reorientor relocatethe
receivingantenna;2) increasethe separationbetweentheequipmentand the

whichthe receiverisconnected;4) consultthe dealeror an experiencedradio/TV
technicianfor additionalsuggestions.Any changesor modificationsnotexpressly
approvedbytheparty responsiblefor compliancecouldvoid the user'sauthorityto
operatethe equipment.Whereshieldedinterfacecableshavebeenprovidedwith the
productor specifiedadditionalcomponentsor accessorieselsewheredefinedto be
usedwith the installationof theproduct,they mustbe usedin orderto ensure
compliancewith FCCregulation.TheKODAKHigh PerformanceUSBACAdapter
K20-AMcomplieswith part 15of the FCCRules.Operationissubjectto the following
two conditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)this device
mustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethat maycause
undesiredoperation.
