On the backplate of the camera you will ind a Micro-
HDMI port, where any external display can be
connected via HDMI cable. Once the camera is switched
on and the HDMI cable is connected to an external display,
only the full image from the camera will be exposed on the
Super8 ilm.
The image on Viewinder LCD display is transferred to the
external display and will show as a mirrored image from the
LCD viewinder.
NOTE:
1. Viewinder information that shows on the camera LCD
will not show on the external display.
2. While the camera is connected to an external display via
HDMI, the camera UI is inoperable. To use the camera UI
you will have to disconnect the camera HDMI from the
external display.
3. Please have the camera in the “Viewinder” mode prior
to connecting to an external display via HDMI. If you are
using the camera’s UI, please select “Back” or press the
“Menu Button” to get to the “Viewinder” mode prior to
re-connecting to an external display via HDMI.
4. Any overlay for aspect ratio and cropping guidelines as
displayed on the LCD Viewinder are also displayed on
the external monitor.
