Replacement of Blades
Handle the blades with careful attention.
It may cause injuries.
・ Demount of the lower blade
Loosen the arrowed screw and pull up the blade.
・ Demount of the upper blade
First of all, demount the left side upper roller.
Loosen the arrowed screw and pull down the upper blade to
take out.
Caution：The screw for the upper blade is special low head
screw. Make sure not to have a loss of it.
Caution If you use the screw which is not the one specified,
the screw may get into touch with other parts and it may
cause to damage them. Make sure to use a specified screw.
・Fix the upper blade in the state that it is pulled up and fix the lower blade in the state that it is
pulled down.
・ After mounting, check if the upper blade and lower blade is not out of alignment like figure 6.
※ Please make sure to handle the blades extremely carefully.
