Controller Circuit Board
It is possible to check some controller circuit board
components (relays) without removing the component
from the board. These checks should be made prior to
installing a new board and attempting startup. Most of
the tests are referenced in Section 4. General
Troubleshooting. Use a high quality multimeter and
follow the manufacturer’s instructions. To obtain
accuratereadingswhentesting,removeall circuitboard
connectors and conformal coating (transparent
insulation) from component terminals. Use the chart
Figure 7-7 for the controller circuit board layout and
schematic .
