5 Screw (M10) 14 Pipe
6 Flange 15 Screw (M12)
7 O-ring 16 Screw (M12)
8 Test point fitting 17 O-ring
9 Coolant pump HT
Removal
u Remove screws 1, 5.
u Remove piping assemblies 2, 4, 6.
u Remove two screws 16.
u Install guiding rods.
u Remove remaining screws 16.
u Remove coolant pump HT 9.
u Remove screws 5, 15.
u Remove coolant pipe 13 with flange 6.
u Remove pipe 14 with flange 6.
Installation
u Insert o-ring 7 and flange 6 on pipe from oil cooler casing.
u Mount pipe 14 with o-rings 3 on flange 6.
u Mount coolant pipeline 13 with o-ring 7 on flange 6.
u Insert guiding rods in coolant pump 9.
u Insert o-rings 10, 11, 12.
u Insert coolant pump HT 9.
u Tighten screws 1, 16 according to tightening specifications.
u Remove guiding rods.
u Tighten remaining screws 16 to torque.
u Assemble t-pipe 2, pipe 4 and flange 6 with o-rings 3, 7, 17.
u Position assembly with screws 1, 5 and tighten according to tightening specifications.
u Install test point fitting 8 on coolant pump.
Information
Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation.
