u Disconnect connector of the flap with actuator 19.
u Disconnect coolant lines from flange joints 20.
u Remove screws 22.
u Loosen screws 21.
u Remove flap with actuator 19, and compensator 23 as an assembly.
u Remove compensator 23 from flap with actuator 19.
Installation
Information
Preassemble all seals on compensators.
Information
At first, install the whole line without tightening the screws.
Tighten all screws to torque at the end of installation, making sure that compensators are aligned
evenly.
