8.6 Detaching the machine

Danger! - Unexpected movements of the machine
Effect: Danger to life, serious injuries
• No one is permitted inside the danger zone.
• Park the machine on a solid and even surface.
• You should not unhitch the machine until the engine has been switched off and the
ignition key has been removed.
• Secure the tractor against rolling.
• Use extreme caution when attaching implements to or detaching them from the tractor!
The accident prevention regulations must be complied with absolutely.
• When connecting the hydraulic hose to and disconnecting it from the hydraulic system of
the tractor, the tractor system as well as the machine system must be depressurised!
Move the appropriate control valves into the flow position.
• When detaching the machine, do not walk between the tractor and the machine!

• Lower the three parking supports (1) and secure them in position with bolts (2).
• Use the tractor hydraulics to lower the machine to the ground.
• Remove the PTO shaft (3) from the tractor and place it on the storage surface (4).
• Disconnect the hydraulic hoses (5) from the tractor, fit the dust caps and hang them onto
the connection block.
• Disconnect the connection of the lighting cable (6) between the tractor and machine and
place it in the supports provided for that purpose.
• Disconnect the power supply plug (7) between the tractor and machine and place it in the
supports provided for that purpose.
• Remove the control unit (8) from the tractor and fasten it to the three point block.
• Remove the synthetic rope (9) from the tractor
• Relieve the top suspension arm and pull out the bolt on the device side / unhook the top
suspension arm.
• Pull out the lower suspension arm / release the catch hook.
