Depending on your commissioning parameters, your system records various operational hours and number of star-
tups from commissioning of the system. The counter “Number of defrosting” resets every 24 hours.

For remote technical support over the phone, you must provide your service technician (ID servicer) the 4-digit tem-
porary (PINZ) or permanent (PINS) code to access your system.
