– Turn adjusting screws clockwise to the stop.

The adjustment screws are located at the top end of the fork legs.
Adjust both fork legs to the same setting.
– Turn back counterclockwise by the number of turns according to the fork type.

Spring preload - Preload Adjuster
Comfort 5 turns
Standard 5 turns
Sport 3 turns

Turn clockwise to increase preload, turn counterclockwise to reduce spring
preload.
Changing the spring preload has no influence on the rebound damping although
the adjustment screws turn during the adjustment work. However, you should
also adjust the rebound damping when you alter the spring preload.

– Lean the motorcycle on the side stand.
