12.3 Adjusting the spring pretension of the fork (R model)
Preparatory work
– Raise the motorcycle with the rear lifting gear. ( p. 114)
– Lift the motorcycle with the front lifting gear. ( p. 115)

Turn adjusting screws

counterclockwise all the way.
Info
The adjusting screws are located at the top end of the
fork legs.
Make the same adjustment on both fork legs.
– Turn clockwise by the number of turns corresponding to the
fork type.
