OPC Controller
Controller (1) is located inside the panel board.
A current from the main switch (12), safety switches
flows to controller (1).
Controller (1) receives current as data, processes
the data, and sends out current computing results to
starter motor (8), key stop solenoid relay (9), and key
stop solenoid (10).
OPC controller (1) controls engine starting and
engine stopping.
A current flows from battery to controller (1).
A current from switches such as independent PTO
switch (2), parking brake switch (3), seat switch (4) and
HST pedal switch or shuttle lever switch (5), flows to the
controller (1).
After starting the engine, the controller supplies
current to starter motor (8) S terminal or key stop
solenoid relay (9).
Controller (1) receives data, processes the data, and
sends out the computing results.
Controller (1) receives data from safety switches,
processes the data inside the controller itself, and sends
out the computing results to starter motor (8) for engine
starting, and key stop solenoid relay (9) for engine
stopping.
Controller (1) is configured with a delay timer in the
controller (1) unit to hold fuel cut signal from the
controller (1) unit to key stop solenoid (10) for about 1
second.
