[6] HI-LO DUAL SPEED SHIFT SECTION (F36/R36 TRANSMISSION

(1) Hydraulic Clutch Pack
Q Hi-Lo Dual Speed Section
The hi-Lo dual speed section is operated hydraulic
clutch, solenoid valve and dual speed switch. When
operate the lo to hi position, travelling speed increase
approx. 18 %.
When the Hi-Lo solenoid valve is operated to the Hi
or Lo position, hydraulic clutch is engaged to the Hi or
Low by the hydraulic. Then the power is transmitted as
follows.
(Hi)
Input Shaft (1) → Dual Speed Clutch Body (4) →
Clutch Disc and Plate (5) → 29T Gear (6) → 28T Gear
(7) → 1st Shaft (9).
(Lo)
Input Shaft (1) → Dual Speed Clutch Body (4) →
Clutch Disc and Plate (3) → 27T Gear (2) → 31T Gear
(8) → 1st Shaft (9).
