"USB Drive is full." is displayed
There is not enough free space on the USB drive.
The job is canceled. Select [End].
Delete unnecessary files on the USB drive.
NOTE
If Auto Error Clear is set to [On], the process will resume automatically after a set period of time. For details, refer
to the following:

"The USB Drive is not formatted." is displayed
Is the USB drive formatted by this machine?
Execute [Format] of the USB drive on this machine.

Display the screen.
1 Select the [Home] key.
2 Select [DeviceInformation].
The screen to check the status or configure the devices is displayed.

Select [Format] of "USB Drive"
IMPORTANT
When [Format] is selected, all data in the USB drive is erased.
"Warning for high temp. Adjust the room temp." is displayed
Print quality may be deteriorated. Adjust the temperature and the humidity of your room.
"Warning for low temp. Adjust the room temp." is displayed
Print quality may be deteriorated. Adjust the temperature and the humidity of your room.
