16. BATTERY
A connected battery, even one that is not used, will discharge by itself. For equipment not used for a long period of
time, ensure the battery’s cables are disconnected and charge before use.
REPLACING THE BATTERY:
When changing a battery, the programming is saved for 20 minutes, allowing the user to replace a battery without
losing the current programming.
VIEWING CHARGE STATUS:
Once the PTLs have been paired, the battery charge level can be viewed from the remote control:
PARAMETERS MENU → BATTERY CHARGE → INFORMATION
Battery level for information purposes as can vary according to the air temperature, the type of battery used, the selected mode
and the conditions of use.
