Creating Daily Calibration Reports
The phx42 does not automatically create daily calibration reports when the device is manually
calibrated.

Filter Detection
Filter detection is an optional feature that can be enabled by contacting support@ldartools.com.
To enable (first-time):
Run a self-check through the 42App and follow
the on-screen prompts.
Daily Routine
After the PPM calibration but within 30
minutes:
a) Remove the probe filter.
b) Wait 10 seconds (the pumps will shut
off).
c) Replace the same probe filter.
d) Reignite.
Non-routine
For Monitoring Technicians (When using
LTIMobile2 or Freedom).
Er: Code 24
1. Remove the probe filter.
2. This will shut down the phx42 and you
will receive an “Feels like you removed
my filter” message.
3. Replace the same probe filter
4. Reignite.
“Feels like filter is removed” Error BUT
you did not remove the filter.
1. Add a Second (ADDITIONAL) filter
to your probe tip.
2. Reignite. Confirm ignition.
3. Remove BOTH filters from your probe
tip.
This will shut down the phx42 and you
will receive an “Feels like you removed
my filter message.
