9. Accessories
During assembly of the comparison macro-
scope, the macro-objectives have been chosen
so that they match with regard to their optical
properties and permissible tolerances. For iden-
tical objectives, the image scales generated
thus fall within the permissible tolerances.
The stage scale (stage micrometer) 11 519 963
or the calibration standard 11 581 081 can be
used to verify this. To do so, adjust the section
image for identical object magnifications and
check that the image scales on both sides
match exactly.
