3. Remove the module fully from the drive bay.
CAUTION:
Dummy drive carrier modules MUST be fitted to ALL unused drive bays. There will be inadequate drive
cooling if any are left open.
Installing a 3.5-inch Drive Carrier Module
To install a 3.5-inch drive carrier module, do the following:
1. Release the drive carrier handle, by depressing the latch in the handle (see Figure 75 “Installing a Drive
Carrier Module (1)” on page 80).
