Toinstallthemicroprocessorfanduct,dothefollowing:
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Removetheservercover.SeeRemovingtheservercover.
3.Placethemicroprocessorfanductovertheheatsink(s)andinsertthethreeplastictabsononeside
oftheductwiththecorrespondingholesinthechassis.Then,carefullypivottheothersidedown
toinstalltheductinplace.
4.Tocompletetheinstallation,gotoCompletingthepartsreplacement.
