To install a power supply unit, complete the following steps:
Step 1. If you are installing the power supply into an empty bay, remove the power-supply filler panel from
the power-supply bay.
Step 2. Grasp the handle on the rear of the power supply, and slide it into the power-supply bay until it
clicks into place.

Notes:
• Pull the handle to try if the power supply unit is properly installed. If it slides out, reinstall it.
• Power supply 1 is on the bottom, while power supply 2 is on the top. For more details, see “Rear
view” on page 17.
Step 3. Connect the power cord to the power supply unit, and make sure it's properly connected to the
power.
