6.20.3 Resolver adjustment
When adjusting the resolver, mainly component tolerances of the resolver evaluation are
compensated in the device. No resolver error characteristic is accepted. The resolver
adjustment is only required if the speed behaviour is irregular despite optimised settings
of the speed and position control loop.
The resolver adjustment is started via code C0417 = 1. Then the resolver is adjusted
automatically during the next 16 motor revolutions.
If it is not possible to adjust the resolver (due to a fault or a defective cable), the original
adjustment values can be restored with C0417 = 2.
The GDC contains the parameters or codes to be set in the parameter menu under
Motor/feedback systems Feedback system.
