If your Lenze Control Unit isn't communicating with the controller, consider these potential causes and solutions: * Ensure the controller is switched on and properly supplied with voltage. * Verify the communication module is receiving voltage; the voltage at the terminals for the external voltage supply should be within 24V ± 10%. * Check if the communication module has been initialized with the controller. This could be due to the controller not being switched on or a connection issue. * Confirm the controller is receiving telegrams by checking the wiring, ensuring your master computer sends telegrams, and verifying the data assignment in the scan list (I/0 mapping). * See if the device address is already assigned by checking the setting of other nodes on the DeviceNet.
