2.5.2 SAFETY DEVICE THAT PREVENTS THE VACUUM PUMP FROM OVERHEATING

overheating.


• Cleanthemachinethoroughlybeforeandafteruse.Cleananddisinfecttheinternalsurfaceofthevacuum
chamberwithparticularattention.
• Workinahygienicmanner,avoidingdirectcontactbetweenthefoodandthemachine.
• Keepthecontrolpanelsandthehandlingelementscleanandfreefromgreaseandoils.
• Closethelidwhenthemachineisnotused:therebypreventingdustanddirtfromenteringthevacuumcham-
ber.
