Antennas
Additional antennas can cause electrical interference. If you install RF transmitters in the
conversion, you must do a test to make sure the vehicles electrical system functions correctly.
Check all electrical equipment:
– With ignition ON.
– With the petrol range extender running.
– Do a road test at different speeds.
Measure the electromagnetic fields made by the transmitter in the cabin. The electromagnetic
field must not be more than the permitted limits to prevent injury to the vehicles operator
/passenger.
