Open door A1, and then remove the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

Close door A1, and then close door A.

Open the finisher top cover, and then remove the jammed
paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

Close the cover.

Open the
finisher
front cover, turn the knob, and then remove
the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

Close the cover.

Open door A.
