Set up the printer and print media handling options
Installing a high-capacity output
stacker
After you carefully unpack the
high-capacity output stacker, install it
immediately; otherwise, the edges of the
mounting brackets could damage
tabletops or fabrics.
Warning: The high-capacity output stacker shelf is
designed to hold the weight of print media only. Excess
weight may damage it.
Note: The high-capacity output stacker must be
positioned directly above the printer and below other print
media handling options. It cannot be used with a finisher.
1 Remove the top cover or any
previously installed print media
handling options.
